Haryana BJP chief Mohanlal Badoli, a singer charged with gang rape in Himachal Pradesh's Kasauli
Shimla/IBNS: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)'s Haryana unit chief Mohanlal Badoli and a singer named Jai Bhagwan alias Rocky have been charged with gang rape in Himachal Pradesh's Kasauli, media reports said.

The two have been accused of gangraping a woman at a hotel in Kasauli.
As per the complaint, the woman was staying at the hotel along with her boss and friend when they met the two accused on July 3, 2023.
The alleged victim, her friend and the two accused went into a room later.
The accused promised the alleged victim a government job and a music video.
As per complaint, she was forced to drink liquor. When the woman refused to drink, she was raped.
The First Information Report says the entire act was video recorded and the accused threatened to kill the woman if she revealed the incident to anyone.
The woman alleged she was called to the singer's Panchkula house and threatened to implicate her in a false case.
