Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha along with Agriculture Minister Ratan Lal Nath joined the disbursement programme for the 20th installment of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) scheme at the State Agricultural Research Centre in Arundhatinagar area of Agartala on August 2.
