China: Six die in knife attack in Lianjiang

Lianjiang: At least six people died and one person was injured in a knife attack outside a kindergarten in China's Lianjiang city, media reports said.
The incident took place around 7:40 a.m. on Monday in Hengshan town within Lianjiang, in Guangdong province, police was quoted as saying in a statement by CNN, which called the attack an “intentional injury.”
Meanwhile, police have arrested a person in connection with the incident.
The arrested person's surname was identified as Wu.
A source, who requested anonymity, told Global Times that one of the adult victims had hit the assailant's child with a car before, and never given him any compensation.
Police are still investigating the incident.
The motive behind the attack is still not known.
