Toronto Sanskriti Sangstha to host grand annual festival on May 25-May 26
In a bid to encourage younger generations from both sides of Bengal to be aware of environmental issues and cherish a slice of their culture, Toronto Sanskriti Sangstha (TSS) is back with its grand annual festival which will be held on May 25 and May 26.
From the likes of virtuoso Sourendra and Soumyajit, to folk singer Surojit and actor Abir Chatterjee including audio-visual extravaganza Pronomi Basundhara, are all geared to elevate you to an enthralling experience.
This year TSS is working with Nature Canada on raising awareness about environmental issues and promoting sustainable practices through cultural expressions.
TSS’s initiatives this year underscores its commitment to fostering creativity and inspiring younger generation to address global critical issues in environmental conservation efforts, sustainable living practices and ways to reduce individual carbon footprints.
TSS is a non-profit organization established in 2004 with a mission to encourage second-generation Bengali children of the Indian and Bangladeshi diaspora and youth living in North America.
TSS presentations attempt to connect the diversities of over 100,000 Bengali diaspora through art and culture, educational, networking and charitable avenues.
