Kolkata: RG Kar rape-murder convict Sanjay Roy's niece found hanging inside Alipore residence
The niece of RG Kar doctor rape and murder case, Sanjay Roy, was found dead inside the wardrobe in her Alipore residence in Kolkata on Sunday.

Her body was found hanging from a noose inside the wardrobe.
According to the preliminary post-mortem report, she died due to hanging, reported News 18.
The girl, who studied in class 5, was rushed to nearby SSKM Hospital, where the doctors pronounced her dead on arrival.
Police told The Telegraph, the girl was alone in her home when the incident occurred.
Her father was in his office, and her mother had stepped out for Diwali shopping, said the police.
"Around 8.30pm, when the girl’s mother returned home she could not find her daughter. After looking around for some time, she opened the wall almirah and found her hanging,” a senior police officer told The Telegraph.
No suicide note was recovered from the house.
