‘A SUS 2 Guitar Institute’ enthralled Agartala audience during its 4th melodious programme
A group of guitarist enthralled a packed audience in Muktadhara auditorium in Agartala including connoisseurs with their mesmerizing performances on Sunday evening.
During the fourth anniversary celebration of ‘A SUS 2 Guitar Institute’, a guitar learning centre run by renowned guitarist Soumen Kanti Ghosh and its principal Piyali Chowdhury, had organized the cultural programme “Melodious Fountain 4.0” (an evening with strings) and showcased the small and young talents of the city. The guitarist, all small and young guitarists, all students of Soumen Kanti Ghosh, participated in the programme and showed their skills across several enthralling performances including some group performances.
The musical evening was inaugurated by the Secretary of Information and Cultural Affairs (ICA) department , Dr PK Chakraborty along with some renowned artists of the state and authorities of Agartala Doordarshan Kendra and encouraged the little and young talents for their mesmerizing performances.
DR Chakraborty, who had also performed with a melodious song legendary Kishore Kumar enjoyed the programme and told that often we are delivering speeches, but today will enjoy the performances of little and young guitarist of the city and congratulates ‘A SUS 2 Guitar Institute’, principal Piyali Chowdhury and guitarist Soumen Kanti Ghosh and all parents for their courage steps to motivate their children with cultural sense.
Many renowned local singers and instrumental players sang some popular Bollywood songs with sting sounds of guitars with their exciting performances with many theme music enthralled the packed audience.
