International Yoga Day celebrated at Central Sanskrit University, Ekalavya Campus

Central Sanskrit University, Ekalavya Campus at Lembucherra, Tripura, celebrated International Yoga Day on 21-06-2024 in its campus within the auspicious presence of Sri Kali Narayan Ghosh, Yoga Instructor as Chief Guest. In his address Kali Narayan Ghosh opined that Yoga is the key to achieve physical, mental &spiritual wellbeing. Besides, he demonstrated some yogic feats for the holistic welfare of the individual.

This session was presided over by Prof.Prabhat Kumar Mohapatra, Director of the Campus. In his address, Prof.Prabhat Kumar Mohapatra urged all the students to practice yoga early in the morning everyday to remain physically & mentally fit. He even highlighted the ancient history of yoga and the contribution of the great sages of India in introducing yoga for the welfare of the mankind. All the staff and students of the campus remained present on this occasion.
