Longtharai Spices extend its support to football team of Vivekananda club

After sponsoring ‘Saruj Sangha’ football club, Tripura’s renowned spices industry, Annada Spices Industry under the brand name of “Longtharai” now extend their support to another football club of capital city Agartala, ‘Vivekananda Club’ and handed over jerseys to the football team during a programme held at Agartala press club on Thursday.
The Longtharai spices like previous occasions, the company always contributes for causes of social activities, cultural upliftment and sporting related activities has once again extended their might hand for developmental football in Tripura.
Speaking in the programme, general manager (GM) of the industry, Subrata Debnath said they believed that Vivekananda Club by maintaining its tradition will give chances to the people of state -a well an spectacular matches.
He said that with the experiences of senior players and skills of newcomers, the Vivekananda club has formed a good team. Some renowned senior players like Sumar Kumar Deb and Paltu Chowdhury will perform in the present season of football under coaching of veteran football player Karnendu Debbarma.
During the jersey distribution programme, apart from Subrata Debnath, Lontharai’s production manager Joybrata Debnath and managing committee member Krishnadhan Debnath were also present. The chairman of Vivekananda club, Pradip Chanda, president Parimal Ghosh and club secretary Rupesh Paul were also present.
