“Prati Ghore Susashan” a total successful campaign, CM
The state level special campaign “Prati Ghore Susashan” (good governance at every household) to ensure benefits of various state and central schemes for the people of the state started during the celebration of 72th birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi on September 17 ended on the birth anniversary of former PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee through a closing ceremony held at Rabindra Satabarshiki Bhavan.
Addressing the closing ceremony, Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha said that to ensure the benefits of all state and central government schemes to the last man in the row, the ambitious campaign launched and after two and half month successful campaign across the state, its has been ended on the birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
On December 25th, the Good Governance Day was also observed and during the celebration a report card was also unveiled and a web portal named “Amar Sarkar” was launched with leaflets for common people. The best performing Districts, Departments, Blocks and ULBs were awarded while the best five slogan creators were awarded and in the closing and a total of 27 Mobile CSCs for all the districts were launched by the Chief Minister in presence of other dignitaries like Deputy Chief Minister Jishnu Dev Varma, ICA Minister Sushanta Chowdhury, Tourism Minister Pranajit Singha Roy, Chief Secretary J K Sinha, secretary of ICA department Dr Dr P K Chakraborty and director Ratan Biswas.
The Chief Minister said that the three month long campaign was a successful event of the state government as the objectives of the campaign benefited the state people.
Dr Saha said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also followed the footsteps of Atal Bihari Vajpayee and as the name suggests he was a man of dedication. He further said that a new campaign called “Walking Village” has started where if anyone has any issue can report it to the administration and local Panchayat representatives.
