Sacrificial buffalo runs amok, ransacks bikes ,shops and injure 6 person in ‘Mata Tripura Sundari’ temple

A buffalo, which has been brought to Mata Tripura Sundari temple in Udaipur on Tuesday runs amok and ransacked bikes, shops and injured six persons in the adjoining areas of the temple.
Having sighted the serial sacrifices of the he-goats , the buffalo possibly got scared and irritated and suddenly ran amok. It wriggled out of the rope with which it had been tied and created a massive ruckus in the front side of the temple, injuring 6 persons and turning everything upside down.
Despite the hue and cry created by its wild behaviour the buffalo got down and vandalised few motor bikes parked below the temple and also barged into nearly houses and partly vandalised them. It was after a great deal of effort by a group of courageous people that the buffalo that had gone wild was finally reined in. The bizarre incident has triggered a furore and panic among people who wonder whether the ‘Mother Goddess’ actually wants animal sacrifice in front of her eyes.
