Shyam Sundar project two new faces of Tripura
Tripura’s renowned Shyam Sundar Co. Jewellers, heritage jewellery house of Tripura, has always celebrated all the shine in the land and people of the home State.
From making a song and dance about the heritage and culture of Tripura to showcasing all the promises of the day.
Now, to keep championing the look and feel of a young and vibrant Tripura, Shyam Sundar Co. Jewellers are presenting two youthful faces of this good old State. Mithun Debbarma and Khumjar Debbarma…
Mithun has been the winner of Mr India title and has participated in the international finale at Manila in Philippines. And Khumjhar, a winner of the Miss Tripura title, was selected over many other young and hopeful faces. Together, this winning two-some represents the face of a young and happening youth in Tripura.
And Shyam Sundar Co. Jewellers will use these faces to reach out to the young and spirited in Tripura.
The idea, according to the directors of Shyam Sundar Co Jewellers - Mrs Arpita Saha and Mr Rupak Saha - is to project an identity that is distinctly Tripura, to present an image that takes pride in our roots and to tell the whole world what we are really all about.
Also, as role models who have been there and done that, these youthful new faces of Tripura sure know the pulse of the young in Tripura and all that is in their mind and heart.
The special press preview, earlier on Sunday, began with an audio-visual on the background of the presentation and that was followed by a symbolic walk on the ramp by Mithun and Khumjhar and a formal introduction by Mr Rupak Saha and Mrs Arpita Saha, Directors, Shyam Sundar Co Jewellers.
Mithun Debbarma expressed his happiness at being seen as a youthful new face of Shyam Sundar Co Jewellers and said how much he looked forward to playing that role. And Khumjhar, looking equally happy, expressed the same sentiments.
"We were on the lookout for youthful new faces of Tripura for a long time and are happy that we have finally found a winning two-some in Mithun and Khumjhar", said Mr Rupak Saha, Director, Shyam Sundar Co Jewellers.
"And we are really looking forward to using these faces - and voices - to communicate all that we have in mind and heart - about our brand and our beloved homeland, Tripura", said Arpita Saha, Director, Shyam Sundar Co Jewellers.
