BTL EPC Ltd bags order worth Rs. 446 crores from BHEL for Ash Handling System in Telangana
Kolkata: BTL EPC Ltd, the engineering division of the Kolkata-based Shrachi Group, has secured an order from BHEL for setting up of the Ash Handling System for 5 x 800 MW TSGENCO (Telangana State Power Generation Corporation Limited) Super Critical Thermal Power Plant at Yadadri in Nalgonda district, Telangana, at a job value of Rs. 446 crores including GST.
The system consists of Bottom Ash Handling, Economiser Ash Handling System, Coarse Ash Removal System, Dry Fly Ash Evacuation System through Vacuum and Pressure Conveying System including High Concentration Slurry Disposal System (HCSD).
Of the company’s recent order success, BTL EPC Ltd. MD Ravi Todi said, “We registered turnover of more than Rs.330 Cr in FY 2021-22 and holding a healthy order book position of more than Rs.1800 crore (inclusive of GST). To name a few, Coal Handling Plant at 2X660 MW Ennore SEZ Super Critical Thermal Power Plant at Chennai value of 156 Cr area Handling & Bagging plant at Talcher Fertilizer, Odisha, value of 143 Cr Chemical Plant Equipment of 25 Cr."

BHEL Bangladesh Maitree project for complete coal handling plant for a job value of Rs. 228 Cr where we have already commissioned Ship Unloader to Stacking Path
Complete Raw Material Handling System involving total conveyor with total length of 34KM for a job value of 166 Cr at NMDC Nagarnar
Complete Coal Handling System for WBPDCL, Sagardighi for a Job value of Rs. 143 Cr
Complete Coal Handling System at NTPC Unchahhar for main CHP, Interconnection of CHP and wagon tippler package for a Job value of Rs. 234 Cr
Complete Coal Handling Plant for 5 x 800 MW Super critical thermal power plant for TSGENCO at Yadadri Nalgonda District for a job value of Rs. 310 Cr
Complete Mechanized Coal Handling System for Pakri Barwadih mines for NTPC Ltd. involving 10000 tons RCC Over ground bunker along with conveyors having 4400 TPH capacity and Rapid Loading System
