ICICI Securities appoints Pratik Loonker as Head of Institutional Syndication
Mumbai: ICICI Securities Thursday said it has appointed Pratik Loonker as the Head of Institutional syndication of the organisation.

"A seasoned professional with over two decades of rich industry experience in the financial services industry, Loonker joins ISec from Investec India, where he served as the Director of Equity Capital Markets (ECM). In the past, he has worked with Deutsche Bank, JM Morgan Stanley, and has also donned the entrepreneurial hat as the founder of Traansport.com, a SaaS and fintech platform aimed at solving the unsecured loan demand of the Indian road-freight sector," the company said in a press release.
ICICI Securities MD & CEO Vijay Chandok said, “We are delighted to welcome Mr. Pratik Loonker to the I-Sec family and look forward to benefiting from his experience of the domestic and international markets. Loonker holds a Masters Degree in Management Studies in Finance from Mumbai University.
His vast understanding of the listing venues, and Indian & Global Capital Market regulations, along with his strong relationship with Indian Corporates, Private Equity Investors, Counsels, and Intermediaries make him a valuable addition to the firm’s leadership team, the company said.
