IT sleuths conduct raids on shopping malls in Hyderabad
Hyderabad: Income Tax (IT) officials on Tuesday raided several shopping malls here to investigate potential tax evasion.

According to sources, the IT officials carried out searches in shopping malls in Jubilee Hills, Banjara Hills, Madhapur, Gachibowli, Kukatpally, and other areas of the city.
The purpose of the raids was to identify any discrepancies between reported income and actual tax paid by the malls.
Further details on the outcome of the raids are yet to be disclosed by the IT department.
