The stock rose 2.5 percent to Rs. 278.90 in early trade, compared to its previous closing price on Tuesday.

Nykaa enters ChatGPT ecosystem

Nykaa has partnered with OpenAI to bring AI-powered beauty and fashion shopping experiences directly into ChatGPT, marking a significant step in the evolution of conversational commerce in India.

As part of the collaboration, Nykaa Beauty and Nykaa Fashion will be integrated as connected apps within ChatGPT, enabling users to discover products, receive personalised recommendations, and explore trends through natural-language conversations.

The partnership also includes Nykaa's participation in OpenAI's emerging Agentic Commerce Protocol, which aims to create more intelligent and seamless AI-driven shopping experiences.
