Covid-19: Centre's top meeting today amid spike in cases
New Delhi/IBNS: The top medical body of the central government will on Monday hold a meeting on the current scenario of Covid-19 amid a recent spike in cases, media reports said.
The body, which is tasked with containment strategies, will meet on Monday.
Over 900 fresh Covid cases were reported from across the country on Monday.
On Sunday, the daily tally of cases was over 1,000 ringing the fresh alarm bells.
The biggest spike so far has come from three states Kerala, Maharashtra and Gujarat.
As per reports, over 1,000 coronavirus cases were reported for the last time in November 2022.
