New Delhi: India registered 243 new COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours as the government has recently announced several precautionary measures to prevent a surge in cases amid rise in infection in China and few other nations.
Meanwhile, 81,097 COVID-19 vaccines doses were administered in last 24 hours.
India's active caseload currently stands at 3,609.
Active cases stand at 0.01 percent.
Recovery Rate currently stands at 98.8 percent.
