Samsung stuns CES 2026 with world’s first 130-inch micro RGB TV—This is not just a TV
Samsung Electronics on Monday unveiled the world’s first 130-inch Micro RGB TV (model R95H) at CES 2026, marking the debut of its largest Micro RGB display to date and signaling a bold new design direction for ultra-premium televisions.
“Micro RGB represents the pinnacle of our picture quality innovation, and the new 130-inch model takes that vision even further,” said Hun Lee, Executive Vice President of the Visual Display (VD) Business at Samsung Electronics. “We are reviving the spirit of our original design philosophy introduced more than a decade ago to deliver an unmistakably premium display, engineered with technology for a new generation.”
A Bold Design That Redefines the Television
With its commanding scale, next-generation color technology and striking design, the Micro RGB TV reflects Samsung’s long-standing leadership in combining engineering excellence with premium aesthetics.
Featuring a monumental frame and enhanced audio performance, the 130-inch display is intentionally designed to feel less like a television and more like a vast, immersive window that visually expands the room.
The TV introduces a modern, gallery-inspired aesthetic through the Timeless Frame—a refined evolution of Samsung’s 2013 Timeless Gallery design.
Built on the philosophy of “technology as art,” the ultra-large screen appears to float within its architectural frame, transforming the display into an artistic centerpiece. Audio integrated into the frame is precisely tuned to the screen’s scale, ensuring sound and visuals feel naturally unified within the space.
An Ultimate Viewing Experience to Match Its Scale
The 130-inch Micro RGB model features Samsung’s most advanced Micro RGB innovations yet. Powered by Micro RGB AI Engine Pro, Micro RGB Color Booster Pro, and Micro RGB HDR Pro, the display leverages AI to enhance muted tones, refine contrast, and deliver vivid colors with exceptional detail across both bright and dark scenes.
Picture performance is further elevated with Micro RGB Precision Color 100, delivering 100% of the BT.2020 wide color gamut. Certified by the Verband der Elektrotechnik (VDE) for precise Micro RGB color reproduction, the display produces finely controlled, true-to-life hues. Samsung’s proprietary Glare Free technology minimizes reflections, preserving clarity, color accuracy and contrast under a wide range of lighting conditions.
The TV supports HDR10+ ADVANCED and Eclipsa Audio for enhanced picture and sound quality, alongside Samsung’s Vision AI Companion, which enables conversational search, proactive recommendations and access to AI-powered features such as AI Football Mode Pro, AI Sound Controller Pro, Live Translate, Generative Wallpaper, Microsoft Copilot, and Perplexity.
The groundbreaking 130-inch Micro RGB TV will be showcased at Samsung’s Exhibition Zone during CES 2026 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
