AGTF Punjab arrests 3 operatives of Lawrence Bishnoi, Goldy Brar gangs
In a major breakthrough, AGTF Punjab has arrested three key operatives of Lawrence Bishnoi and Goldy Brar Gangs and recovered two caliber pistols and 11 live cartridges from them.
The three key operatives are Ankit, Ajay Singh alias Ajaypal and Lakhwinder alias Lucky.
State DGP Punjab Gaurav Yadav said here on Saturday that Ankit has criminal history and was involved in the sensational broad daylight murder of a rival Gangster Jai kumar alias Bahadur in November 2023 in Bhiwani, Haryana and was absconding since then.
Haryana Police had also kept a reward for his arrest.
He said preliminary investigation has revealed that arrested accused were handled by absconding Gangster Goldy Brar and Rohit Godara and had been tasked to carry out target killings of their rival gang members.
