The satirical group said it will hold a "peaceful march" on September 5, starting from India Gate and ending at the Delhi Police Headquarters.
According to the CJP, families of NEET aspirants who allegedly died by suicide following the paper leak, along with victims of alleged police brutality, will lead the march.
The announcement comes weeks after the group withdrew its nationwide agitation after claiming that the government had agreed to meet its key demands.
Group accuses government of breaking promises
The CJP said its National Working Committee met to review the government's compliance with commitments allegedly made on July 25, 2026, which led protesters to withdraw their agitation.
The group accused the Centre and BJP/NDA-ruled states of delaying action and using "technicalities" instead of implementing the assurances.
The CJP said it now has "serious doubts" about whether the government intends to honour the commitments made to protesters.
FIRs against protesters among key demands
The group claimed that the Supreme Court had sought a list of FIRs registered against protesters across the country for possible quashing, but alleged that the government failed to provide the list.
It also alleged that the government had not given a clear commitment on withdrawing legal action against protesters.
The CJP further said its promised written assurance from the government was still pending.
Protest followed police crackdown
The CJP's earlier agitation had intensified following protests over the NEET paper leak and demands for accountability.
Among its demands were the resignation of then Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, compensation for families of NEET aspirants who allegedly died by suicide and an assurance that protesters would not face legal action.
The group called off its protest after saying the government had agreed to fulfil those demands.
Pradhan's resignation last month came after weeks of demonstrations involving CJP volunteers and students.
Fresh call for youth mobilisation
The group has now appealed to students, youth organisations and young citizens to gather at India Gate on September 5.
The proposed march could once again bring protesters and police face-to-face, following the clashes during the earlier agitation in which several protesters were injured after police used force during a march towards Parliament.
Police personnel were also injured in the clashes.
