Patna hospital murder: Police make first arrest, all accused identified
The police have made the first arrest in the Patna hospital murder in which five men armed with guns walked into the Paras Hospital and shot a gangster dead who was undergoing treatment, media reports said.
The police have identified all the accused and arrested Tausif.
Raids are being carried out at several locations to arrest the remaining accused.
In a chilling incident that took place in Bihar's capital city Patna, five armed men entered a hospital, walked into a cabin, shot dead a criminal who was admitted and left.
The entire incident has been caught on CCTV.
The video shows five men slowly walked up to the cabin, opened the door of a cabin, entered and quickly came out of it one by one.
As per reports, Chandan Mishra, who was out on parole on medical ground, died while receiving treatment.
A prisoner out on parole was shot dead inside a private hospital in Patna at 7.30 am….the hospital is located at the busy Raja Bazar locality. The daylight murder is another shocking criminal incident after the murder of Patna-based industrialist Gopal Khemka on July 4th.

Mishra, who is accused in about a dozen of murder cases, was admitted to Paras Hospital where the incident took place.
The CCTV camera also captured two people came out of their respective cabins out of curiosity when one of the five armed men was walking out of the floor.
Police claimed Mishra was shot by the rival gang.
"A criminal named Chandan Mishra, resident of Buxar district, against whom dozens of cases of murder are registered, was transferred from Buxar to Bhagalpur jail. Chandan was on parole and admitted to Paras Hospital for treatment.
"The rival gang shot him. He is undergoing treatment, and with the help of the Buxar police, we are identifying the members of the rival gang, Chandan Sheru gang," Kartikay Sharma, Senior Superintendent of Police, said as quoted by NDTV.
