Virat Kohli's pub in Bengaluru lands in legal trouble for lacking designated smoking zone
Bengaluru/IBNS: India's star cricketer Virat Kohli's pub One8 Commune has landed itself in legal trouble for lacking a designated smoking zone, media reports said.

The Cubbon Park Police has registered a suo moto case against One8 Commune for violation of the provisions of the Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products Act (COTPA).
The case was registered on Saturday.
This occurred after the Karnataka government imposed a complete ban on hookah bars and also advanced the age required for consumption of tobacco products from 18 to 21.
This is not the first time the iconic batter's pub has landed in legal trouble.
In June last year, a case was filed against One8 Commune for operating beyond stipulated hours.
