Actor Swara Bhasker marries SP leader Fahad Zirar Ahmed; says 'welcome to my heart' in social media post
Mumbai/IBNS: Actor Swara Bhasker on Thursday took to social media to announce her marriage to Samajwadi Party leader Fahad Zirar Ahmed.

She posted a cute video with some of the adorable moments of the duo to relate her relationship journey with Ahmed, which she said started with friendship.
She captioned the video and wrote, "Sometimes you search far & wide for something that was right next to you all along. We were looking for love, but we found friendship first. And then we found each other! Welcome to my heart @FahadZirarAhmad It’s chaotic but it’s yours! (sic)"

The Veere Di Wedding actress said that the couple had registered their wedding in court on January 6, 2023, under the Special Marriage Act.
Fahad is the Maharashtra Unit President of the Samajwadi Party youth wing, as per his Twitter handle bio.
Earlier, Swara had triggered speculations over her relationship status with a picture on her Instagram handle, in which her head is seen lying cozily in someone’s arms. She had captioned the photo: “This could be love (sic)."
Previously Swara was rumoured to be in a relationship with writer Himanshu Sharma. Reportedly, they parted ways in 2019.
