Alia Bhatt celebrates one year of Gangubai Kathiawadi, shares picture with Sanjay Leela Bhansali
Mumbai/IBNS: Bollywood actor Alia Bhatt is celebrating the one-year anniversary of her last year hit Gangubai Kathiawadi, which was directed by ace filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
Alia on Saturday shared a picture with Bhansali on Instagram saying, "One year of our Gangu."
Gangubai Kathiawadi is the first project where Alia has collaborated with Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
The film is a real life story on brothel owner Gangubai Kathiawdi, who used to live in the Kamathipura area of Mumbai.
Alia played the lead role of Gangubai in the film.
