Don't be daft: Kajol's witty reply to journo at Do Patti trailer launch
Mumbai/IBNS: The much anticipated trailer of Kajol and Kriti Sanon starrer Do Patti was launched at a mega event on Monday.
The trailer, which shows Kriti playing twin roles and Kajol a cop, encompasses betrayal if one goes by the storyline.
At the trailer launch event, one journalist asked Kajol whether she has experienced betrayal in life.
In her trademark witty response, Kajol said, "Agar zinda hai to hua hoga na kisi na kisi ke saath (This happens to everyone who is alive)? Of course, one can't share the anecdote. Don't be daft. One can't share the anecdote. It's true. It's too personal. If it's a betrayal, it is too personal."
"But I think everyone experiences betrayal in life. One feels it at some point of time in life otherwise he/she hasn't lived life at all," she added.
Do Patti marks Kriti's venture into production. The film also reunites Kriti with Kajol almost 10 years after they featured in Dilwale, which starred Shah Rukh Khan and Varun Dhawan in the lead.
Directed by Shashanka Chaturvedi, Do Patti will release on Netflix on October 25.
