Ranveer Singh makes a big claim over Dhurandhar 2 ahead of its March 19 release
Dhurandhar: The Revenge is slated to release on Thursday, and before it hits the silver screen, actor Ranveer Singh said the movie will decide the future of Indian cinema.
Recently, the music launch of the film was held in Mumbai, a grand celebration event, where Singh was quoted as saying by The Financial Express: “Ab Indian cinema ka mustaqbil Dhurandhar: The Revenge tay karega (Now, the future of Indian cinema will be decided by Dhurandhar: The Revenge).”
Ahead of the mega release, a preview show of the film is scheduled for Wednesday.
Meanwhile, the paid premier show of the much-anticipated movie of the year has been cancelled Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana.

The regional language shows of the event will be replaced by the original Hindi version of the movie.
Confirming the development, Broadway Cinemas wrote on X: "Dhurandhar: The Revenge - Tamil paid previews scheduled for this evening have been cancelled due to non-availability. Hindi paid previews will be scheduled instead. We are initiating the refunds shortly. "
Reports indicate that the delay stems from a holdup in delivering the content to theatres, reported India Today.
In fact, the Hindi version of Dhurandhar 2 was only delivered to theatres across the country barely an hour ago, with the subtitle package still expected to arrive shortly, reported the Indian news channel.
The movie is directed by Aditya Dhar.
The multistarrer movie's release coincides with Eid weekend.
