Shooting for Hoichoi's upcoming horror-comedy series Bhootteriki begins
Kolkata/IBNS: The shooting for popular Bengali OTT platform Hoichoi's upcoming horror-comedy series Bhootteriki began on Thursday.
The first day of shoot occurred at Dhanyakuria, a town in West Bengal.
The series will be directed by Kaushik Hafizee. Anirban Bhattacharya will lead the project as the creative director.
The cast includes Dipanwita Sarkar, Aishwarya Sen, Avery Singha Roy, Sounak Kundu, Debraj Bhattacharya.
Bhootteriki follows a film crew documenting the untold stories of three ghostly women residing in a historic Kolkata mansion.
Each woman, from different eras, reveals a unique tale of love, loss, and laughter. Through their interactions, the film crew learns that life after death is just as vibrant and full of surprises, redefining their understanding of what it means to truly live.
