Tollywood superstar Dev to now play Byomkesh on big screen
Kolkata/IBNS: As Dev completed 17 years in the industry, the Tollywood heartthrob has announced his next venture, where he will be seen playing one of Bengal's most celebrated fictional character-Byomkesh Bakshi.
Taking to social media, Dev revealed the title of the film as 'Byomkesh Durgo Rahasya', based on Sharadindu Bandyopadhyay novel 'Durgo Rahasya'.
The cast, crew and director of the film would be announced soon.
"On the completion of 17 years in the Industry..Announcing my next as an Actor. "BYOMKESH দুর্গ রহস্য" Produced by Dev Entertainment Ventures and Shadow Films.Need all your blessings as always. Cast, Crew, Director announcement to follow soon," Dev wrote.
Dev, who is currently basking in the success of 'Projapati', will also be seen in the upcoming film 'Bagha Jatin'.
