The 61-year-old actor made the announcement while attending the screening of filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani's series Pritam and Pedro on Thursday.
Speaking to the media, Aamir said, "We are getting married on July 5. It will be an intimate ceremony at home in the presence of both our families and close friends. We seek everyone's blessings."

Earlier, media reports had suggested that the wedding would be a private affair, with the guest list expected to include only a handful of close family members and friends, among them Bollywood superstars Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan.
Aamir Introduced Gauri Last Year
Aamir, 61, reportedly introduced 47-year-old Gauri Spratt as his girlfriend during an informal gathering in Mumbai last year, making their relationship public after months of speculation.

Before his relationship with Gauri, Aamir Khan was married twice.
He first married Reena Dutta, with whom he has two children, Junaid and Ira.
Following their separation, the actor married filmmaker Kiran Rao, and the couple has a son, Azad.
