Italian Tennis star Jannik Sinner defends Australian Open by beating Alexander Zverev

Italian Tennis star Jannik Sinner defended his Australian Open title by beating Alexander Zverev in the final clash of the Grand Slam on Sunday.
In a merciless show of dominance, Sinner beat his opponent 6-3 7-6 (7-4) 6-3.
Sinner is now the first Italian player to win three Grand Slam crowns.
He shattered Nicola Pietrangeli's record who had once won back-to-back men's titles at Roland Garros.
"It's an incredible tournament for me, I hope I can keep it going," Sinner was quoted as saying by BBC.
Failing to create a single break point in the match, Sinner looked helpless in front of his dominating opponent who remained untroubled.
Despite putting up strong shows, Alexander Zverev will need to wait for a longer period to registered his first Grand Slam victory.
He lost all his Grand Slam final matches which started with a defeat in 2020 US Open then 2024 French Open and now in Australia.
