Chief Minister Prof. Dr. Manik Saha on Wednesday  said that in 2025, about 345 schools have achieved 100% pass results in secondary examinations and that there is a lot of potential among the children of Tripura.

“There has been a lot of progress in the field of education in Tripura. Now there are many educational institutions in the state. There is a lot of potential among the children of Tripura. An education hub has now been created in the state of Tripura. Three more new general colleges will be built in the state,” he said.

Dr Saha, who is also the Education Minister, said this after the felicitation of the Top-10 rank holder students of Madhyamik and Higher Secondary Exam (TBSE and Vidyajyoti School) at the International Fair Ground, Hapania, Agartala.

Dr Saha said, “I am really happy today. The people of Tripura are very proud of these students. Those who have done well today are the future of Tripura. I wish those who have done well a bright future,” he said.

He said that students should not be limited to just achieving textbook knowledge.

“People expect a lot from us to work for society. So, we should not be just self-centered. Earlier, there were not many opportunities in the field of education in the state.
