Assam Rifles conducts Yoga at Radhanagar, Tripura
In the run up to 11th International Yoga day, Assam Rifles organized a Yoga session at Radhanagar, Tripura on 10 June 2025.
The event witnessed participation by 188 individuals with the aim to promote "Yoga For Body, Mind and Soul"
The session commenced with introduction to various Yoga Asanas followed by efforts to promote yoga in the society with special emphasis on children.
Thereafter the participants practiced various Asanas and breathing techniques that contributed to their overall fitness.
