BSF observes international Yoga Day at all campuses

BSF Tripura Frontier observed 11th International Day for Yoga at all BSF Campuses and Border Out Posts (BOPs) in a grand manner to improve physical, mental, emotional and Spiritual health of the BSF troops, families and border population.
With the theme for International Day for Yoga i.e., "Yoga for One Earth , One Health" BSF troops on border not only observed and performed yoga exercises but also educated border population regarding benefits of Yoga and motivated them to make yoga part of their life.
A K Sharma, IG of Tripura Frontier participated in Yoga session at Salbagan campus BSF. Addressing the media, IG BSF emphasized upon Yoga for mental & physical well being to deal with stress and modern day problems. He also stressed to make Yoga, an ancient Indian system, part of daily life.
