Citizens unite for Flood Relief, generous contribution for affected people going on  

In the wake of recent floods that have impacted Tripura, citizens and social organizations have come forward in a remarkable show of solidarity and compassion, contributing generously to the ongoing relief efforts.

Responding to the call of Tripura Chief Minister Prof. Dr Manik Saha, people from all sections of society, including social organizations, are stepping forward every day with donations.

Dr Saha said that on Thursday, Bandhan Bank contributed Rs 30,00,100, The ICFAI University donated Rs 5,00,000, Pranajit Singha Roy, Finance Minister contributed Rs 51,780, Bibhas Kanti Kilikder offered Rs 51,000, and the Indian Building Congress, Tripura Centre, donated Rs 25,000.

A.D Nagar English Medium School: Rs 20,000, AD Nagar HS School: Rs 26,500, Sankaracharyya Vidyayatan Class -XII girls School: Rs 28,000, Gomati Cooperation Milk Producer’s Union: Rs 50,000, Jharna Debbarma, Chairperson, Women Commission: Rs10,000, Manika Das Datta, DY Mayor, AMC- Rs 15,000, Mahila Morcha, BJP Gomati District: Rs 11,000, Sambhu Lal Chakma, MLA: Rs 20,000, Minister Sudhangshu Das donated Rs 50, 000, Tripura Badminton Association : Rs 25,000, Tripura TET Teacher's Welfare Association  : Rs 10,000, Biswanath Debnath: Rs 50,000, Netaji Sangha Bankumari : Rs 20,000, Mahamaya Automobile : Rs 5,000, Chakrabarty Foundation : Rs 20,000, Biplab Play Centre, Ramnagar : Rs 10,000, Civil Defence, SDM Sadar: Rs 5,000, Dr. Surjya Kanti Paul: Rs 10,000, Tripura Badminton Association: Rs 25,000, All Tripura Drugs and Chemist Association: Rs 1,00,000, Bimalendu Sen: Rs 20,000, Khitish Debnath: Rs 10,000, Nitish Debnath: Rs 15,000, Niljyoti Tour and Travels: Rs 25,317, Employees Association FEEDCO:  Rs 1,00,000, BJYM, Banamalipur: Rs 10,000, Baibhav Sen and Baidhayan Gupta donated Rs 10, 613, MGNREGA employee, Teliamura RD Block Rs 10, 000, Dr Joy Chakraborty and Anindita Ray donated Rs 30,000.
