CM declares additional Rs 10 Crore fund from CMRF for flood relief
Chief Minister Prof. Dr. Manik Saha on Tuesday announced a significant increase in relief funds for flood affected people and areas in Tripura.
In addition to the previously sanctioned Rs. 2 crore, an additional Rs. 10 crore will be allocated from the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund (CMRF) for flood relief.
On Facebook, Dr Saha has written, “Enhancing Support for flood-affected people & Areas! In addition to previous sanctioned amount of Rs 2.0 crore, we are allocating Rs. 10crore from Chief Minister’s Relief fund, which will be utilised for providing relief to the people affected by the floods in different parts of the State. #TripuraFloodRelief”.
This substantial increase in funding aims to provide comprehensive support and relief to the people and regions impacted by the devastating floods.
