CM meets Amit Shah, Nadda, BL Santosh in national capital
Tripura Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha met Union Home Minister Amit Shah in the national capital on Friday and discussed key development initiatives of the state government and sought his valuable guidance for further progress.
The Chief Minister has also Union Health Minister and national president of BJP, J P Nadda and BJP’s general secretary (organization) BL Santosh in New Delhi.
The Chief Minister in his social media post said that “Met Hon'ble Union Home Minister Shri Amit Shah Ji in New Delhi. Discussed key development initiatives of our state government and sought his valuable guidance and support from the Centre for further progress.”
Dr Saha during his meeting with Union Health Minister JP Nadda has detailed discussion over super speciality health services in Tripura and has also sought his support for development of health services.
Later, in the afternoon, Dr Saha met senior BJP leader BL Santosh and said “Privileged to receive valuable guidance from Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) GS (O) Shri BL Santosh Ji in New Delhi. His insights & expertise will empower & strengthen our organizational framework.”
The Friday’s visit of the Chief Minister assumed very significance as the BJP is carrying out a massive campaign across the state against opposition attempts to misguide the people over the Waqf issue.
