Dr Bibash Deb appointed as new VC of MBB University
The incumbent principal of Ghurcharan College of Silchar, Assam, Dr Bibash Deb has been appointed as new Vice-Chancellor of Maharaja Bir Bikram University of Tripura.
The Higher Education department of the state government has issued the appointment of new VC for MBB University and Dr Deb by replacing Prof. Satyadeo Poddar will take the charge of VC in the coming week.
Dr Deb in a message has expressed his gratitude towards the state government for the prestigious appointment of new VC for MBB University and said that he will give his best for the overall welfare of the state's education and its students.
