First crime branch police station inaugurated
The first ever Tripura police Crime Branch(TPCB) police station was inaugurated by the DGP Amitabh Ranjan on Monday.
The police station has been located in Tripura police Crime Branch office building at Old Secretariat in Agartala and during the inauguration, senior police officials have attended the programme.
Police sources said that TPCB police station has jurisdiction in all over the state and it will conduct enquiries and investigate cases on economic offences, series crime and NDPS offices as per approval of the competent authority.
