Housewife body recovered in mysterious condition at Melaghar, murder case filed by family members

In a brutal incident of domestic violence, mysteriously, the body of a housewife was found in hanging condition on Saturday morning after she was brutally tortured last night by her husband and other in-laws at hospital road of Melaghar under Sepahijala district.
Police sources said that they have recovered the hanging body of housewife Mithu Rani Saha in mysterious condition at Natun Bazar under Amarpur subdivision of Gomati district, who was married to one Nitai Saha of Melaghar 11 years ago.
Police and forensic team have also collected all substantial evidence from the incident spot and initially, the investigation team has also detected several wounds in the body of the victim lady. Police sent the body to the hospital morgue for autopsy and claimed that the actual reason of the death could be ascertained after findings of autopsy and forensic reports.
While, on Saturday morning after the incident report, police rushed to the spot and after seeing the body of the victim lady, which was mysteriously hanging at the back side of the house, they also brought a forensic team.
In the meantime, the relatives and brothers of the victim lady were also rushed to spot and claimed that Mithu Rani had called them last night after she suffered severe injuries due to brutality of her in-laws.
All relatives of the victim lady, seeing several wounds in her body, raised alarm and tried to manhandle her husband and a sister-in-law.
Speaking with media persons, Ramkrishna Saha, elder brother of victim woman claimed that his sister faced severe torture from her husband and other inlaws since past 10 years and they had also lodged their complaints. But, after a few days she became the subject of brutal domestic violence.
Saha claimed that after killing his sister last night, accused persons hanged her body to evade evidence.
Later, relatives of the victim lady lodged an FIR at Melaghar police station against her husband Nitai Saha and other in-laws. Police said that they have registered the FIR and started investigation. Police have also detained the accused husband and one of the sister-in-laws of the victim lady.
