Hydrogrip, the Adhesive Division of Longtharai, organized a special Hydrogrip Carpenter Meet at the Longtharai City office on Central Road in Agartala, on Monday. More than 25 carpenters participated in the programme.
The event began with Hydrogrip Manager Shayan Saha welcoming the participating carpenters and thanking them for taking time out of their busy schedules to attend the meet.
Hydrogrip ASM Rahul Paul subsequently briefed the participants on the brand, its products, features and quality. He said Hydrogrip, a product of Longtharai, has been introduced with the aim of providing quality adhesive solutions tailored to the requirements of professionals engaged in woodwork.
Sales Executive Sujit Bhattacharjee explained the various Hydrogrip products and their applications. He also briefed the carpenters about the company’s quality assurance, customer support and complaint-resolution processes.
An interactive session was also held, during which the participating carpenters shared their experiences, expectations and queries regarding Hydrogrip products. The organisers said the initiative provided an opportunity to strengthen direct communication with local carpenters and take their feedback into consideration.
The meet was conducted in a cordial atmosphere, with the active participation of more than 25 carpenters adding to the success of the programme.
