New committee of Sanskar Bharati Tripura Prant announced
The annual general meeting of Sanskar Bharati Tripura Prant was held at Agartala Press Club, where a new executive committee was formed to lead the organization.
Subal Biswas has been appointed as the President, while Dr Sandeep Deb has taken charge as the General Secretary. The outgoing General Secretary, Suman Bhattacharya, has been entrusted with the new responsibility of Saha-Sanyojak (Co-Convener) for the All India North-East Region. Other key office-bearers of the committee include Joint General Secretary Prashanta Sinha, Secretaries Dr. Utpal Biswas, Shekhar Dutta, Sushri Jayashree Roy, Smt. Sarbani Das Dey, and Sandeep Kumar Nath, along with Treasurer Pranab Debbarma.
Additionally, the committee has appointed Smt. Tapati Bhowmik as Fine Arts Coordinator, Manoj Ghosh as Fine Arts Associate Member, Sourajit Ghosh as Theatre Arts Coordinator, Smt. Arpita Roy as Theatre Arts Associate Member, and Pranab Kumar Das as Literary Arts Coordinator. General members include Bulbul Chandra Das, Rajib Chatterjee, and Bidyutajit Chakraborty. The meeting was attended by members and office-bearers from all districts of the state, with Ashok Tiwari, an All India official, present as a special guest at the event.
