PM Modi’s Mann Ki Baat connects every home, inspires citizen: CM
Tripura tops participation in Mann Ki Baat: CM
Chief Minister Prof. Dr. Manik Saha on Sunday said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi inspires the entire nation through his Mann Ki Baat program and people across the country draw motivation and guidance from it.
Dr Saha said this after listening to the 131st edition of Mann Ki Baat held in Mohanpur.
He highlighted that during the last program; Tripura had topped the country in participation in Mann Ki Baat events.
“In every booth, the PM’s Mann Ki Baat program was organized, and not just in booths, people also watched it at their homes. Through this program, he connects with the entire nation. Today’s episode was very touching. PM Modi shared the story of a young girl who passed away, and her parents decided to donate her organs so they could save the lives of others. This message of selflessness reached the entire country. Another story highlighted a woman who had undergone a heart transplant and was able to drive long distances afterward,” said Dr Saha.
He said, “These stories show that one must believe in their own strength. If you have determination in your heart, anything is possible. There are countless individuals who, despite losing a leg or a hand, have adapted using modern technology and continue to excel. The Paralympics are about to begin, and many athletes from India, including Tripura, have participated and won awards. Our government is supporting them in every possible way. Even people who are visually impaired are playing cricket. These inspiring examples were highlighted by PM Modi.”
Dr Saha further said that PM Modi also emphasized ways to boost agriculture through the use of ponds.
"Through Mann Ki Baat, he inspires the entire nation, and we, too, draw motivation from his messages", he said.
