Tripura moving towards progress with upliftment of all people, Ratan Lal Nath

The present state government working round the clock ensures overall development of all people of the state, said Parliamentary Affairs Minister Ratan Lal Nath.
Speaking to the motion of thanks to the Governor’s address on the second day of the winter session of Tripura Assembly, Nath said that the Governor address reflected the vision, policies and positives of the state government.
He said that despite high inflation across the world, India is moving towards development with economic stability under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. During the last seven years, Tripura has witnessed enormous developmental activities and now, GSDP of the state stands at Rs 91,224 crore and per capita income of the state has risen at Rs. 1, 77,723.
Many MLAs from the treasury bench participated in the motion and highlighted the developmental activities of the state government, while MLAs from the opposition bench criticized the state government over high unemployment rate, deteriorated law and order situation, large number of vacant posts etc.
