Yoga for stronger force: Assam Rifles marks Intl Yoga Day with enthusiasm

Assam Rifles, as part of its commitment to the physical and mental well-being of its personnel, organized Mass Yoga Sessions on the occasion of International Yoga Day 2025 at its Agartala and Udaipur Garrisons in Tripura. A large number of troops, families and children enthusiastically participated in the event.
International Yoga Day, observed every year on 21st June, highlights the importance of Yoga in promoting holistic health and well-being. Yoga, an ancient Indian discipline, not only enhances physical fitness but also cultivates mental clarity, stress management and emotional balance – has essential for the demanding life of security forced personnel.
