Afghanistan: Ex-Afghan MP killed in Kabul
Kabul: Afghanistan's Taliban government has said a former woman member of the country's Parliament and one of her security guards have been killed in Kabul city, media reports said on Sunday.
Khalid Zadran, the Spokesperson of the Kabul Security Department confirmed to Khaam Press that Mursal Nabizada, a former representative of Laghman province in the Afghan Parliament was killed by unknown gunmen in the 12th district of Kabul city.
Khalid said unknown gunmen entered Mursal Nabizada’s house in the “Ahmadsha Baba Mena” locality in the 12th district of Kabul city and shot two people to death last night.
The identities of those behind the attack is still not known.
Mursal Nabizada’s brother was also injured in the attack.
