Ceasefire: Donald Trump warns Israel not to drop bombs on Iran
US President Donald Trump on Tuesday warned Israel against striking Iran amid the ongoing fragile 'ceasefire' which he claimed to have reached between the two warring nations.

"ISRAEL. DO NOT DROP THOSE BOMBS. IF YOU DO IT IS A MAJOR VIOLATION. BRING YOUR PILOTS HOME, NOW! DONALD J. TRUMP, PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES," Donald Trump wrote on Truth Social.
In another Truth Social post, Trump said: "ISRAEL is not going to attack Iran. All planes will turn around and head home, while doing a friendly “Plane Wave” to Iran. Nobody will be hurt, the Ceasefire is in effect! Thank you for your attention to this matter! DONALD J. TRUMP, PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES."
Trump said Iran will never rebuilt their nuclear facilities.
Earlier in the day, Israel vowed a forceful response after it claimed Iran had violated the 'ceasefire', just hours after it came into effect.
The Israel Defense Forces said two missiles were shot at the country’s north at around 10:30 a.m., some three and a half hours after the ceasefire began, reported The Times of Israel.
Iranian Missiles Strike Israel's Be'er Sheva
At least three people were killed and several others were injured after an Iranian missile hit a residential building in the Southern Israeli city of Be'er Sheva on Tuesday, hours after US President Donald Trump announced that a ceasefire had been reached between the two nations.
Confirming the casualty figure, Magen David Adom, Israel's national emergency medical, disaster, ambulance, and blood bank service, wrote on X: "Following the missile impact site in southern Israel: So far, MDA teams have pronounced the deaths of three people— Two people with moderate injuries have been evacuated to hospital, and approximately six people with mild injuries are being treated at the scene."
The Israel Defense Forces also confirmed Iran fired missiles towards its territory.
"For the third time in the last hour, Israelis are currently running to shelter due to another missile launch from Iran," IDF wrote on X.
A video is currently circulating online showing a residential building which was completely destroyed due to the Iranian missile strike.
The video showed that several cars and trees which were located close to the building were also destroyed due to the strike.
Trump Announces Israel-Iran Ceasefire
US President Donald Trump on Tuesday announced that a ceasefire has been reached between Iran and Israel, bringing an end to the 12-day conflict.
Trump made the announcement on the social media platform Truth Social.
He wrote: "CONGRATULATIONS TO EVERYONE! It has been fully agreed by and between Israel and Iran that there will be a Complete and Total CEASEFIRE (in approximately 6 hours from now, when Israel and Iran have wound down and completed their in progress, final missions!), for 12 hours, at which point the War will be considered, ENDED! Officially, Iran will start the CEASEFIRE and, upon the 12th Hour, Israel will start the CEASEFIRE and, upon the 24th Hour, an Official END to THE 12 DAY WAR will be saluted by the World."
"During each CEASEFIRE, the other side will remain PEACEFUL and RESPECTFUL," he said.
Trump said the war could have continued for years and destroyed the Middle East.
"God bless Israel, God bless Iran, God bless the Middle East, God bless the United States of America, and GOD BLESS THE WORLD!" he said.
Saturday's Action
The attack comes after the US early on Saturday bombed Iran's three nuclear sites. The sites are Fordow, Natanz, and Esfahan.
B-2 bombers took off from Whiteman Air Force Base in Missouri in the early morning hours of Saturday (US time) to carry out the strikes.
The attack was carried out as the US joined the conflict that started a week ago when Israel launched airstrikes against Iranian nuclear and military sites, primarily targeting uranium enrichment facilities to prevent Iran from developing nuclear weapons.
