Manmohan Singh was a man of exceptional intelligence, says former Canadian PM Stephen Harper
Former Canadian PM Stephen Harper consoled the death of Manmohan Singh and described the two-time late Indian PM as an individual of 'exceptional intelligence, integrity, and wisdom'.
In his X post, Harper said: "I am saddened to learn of the passing of my former colleague, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh."
"He was an individual of exceptional intelligence, integrity, and wisdom. Laureen and I wish to convey our condolences to all his family and friends," he said.

India bid farewell to former prime minister Manmohan Singh, who is hailed as the architect of the country's economic liberalisation, with full state honours in the national capital Delhi on Saturday.
Singh, who passed away on Thursday night at the age of 92, was given a gun salute.
President Droupadi Murmu, prime minister Narendra Modi, Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi, former Congress chief Sonia Gandhi were amongst those who paid their final tribute to the man, who was one of the longest serving PM of India.
