US: Knoxville's Tami Manis enters Guinness Book of World Records for her mullet
An American woman has entered her name in the Guinness Book of World Records for having the world's longest competitive mullet for a female.
Tami Manis, from Knoxville, last cut the back of hair on February 9 1990.
“A lot of people just notice it when I turn around, so most of the time it’s like they don’t realize how long my hair is until they look at the backside,” Manis said in a video posted by Guinness World Records on Thursday as quoted by CNN.
According to reports, the American woman, who is a public nurse by profession, was inspired by a music video from American rock band 'Til Tuesday.
