Paytm Payments Bank releases FAQs on FASTag refunds, minimum balance
Mumbai: Paytm Payments Bank Ltd (PPBL), on Friday, released a set of frequently asked questions (FAQs) for its customers, explaining the process for obtaining refunds for security deposits and minimum balances in FASTag accounts, media reports said.

The FAQ explains that customers can still utilize their FASTags to make payments at supported toll booths and parking facilities, using the balance available in their wallet.

However, Paytm Payments Bank stated that as of March 15, they will no longer accept additional funding or top-ups for FASTags issued by the bank.
