BJP claims Ram Navami procession attacked in Kolkata's Park Circus area, Kolkata Police deny

The Bharatiya Janata Party claimed that a Ram Navami procession was attacked, and their vehicles were vandalised in the Park Circus area in Kolkata on Sunday.
Union Minister and BJP leader Sukanta Majumdar posted on X: "As the Ram Navami procession returned, Hindu devotees were savagely attacked in Kolkata’s Park Circus Seven Point area. Silent. Spineless."

"People are on the roads to take part in the procession as we are celebrating Ram Navami. Ram is all over the country and in West Bengal. The police are working here as the cadre and not the police," she said.
